Tips to help stay sane during this period in Nigeria:
1. Take a break from the social media and other news platforms
2. Distract your mind by listening to your favorite music or movie
3. Get active. Leave your bed and do something
4.Avoid going out during the curfew
5. Talk to someone if you feel your mental health is at risk.( chronic negative thoughts and all that)
6. Go down when they are shooting in your area
7. Do not loose hope. This phase shall pass but we need you sane to enjoy the better Nigeria.
