For most of us being true to ourselves could mean showing up with scars and vulnerability. But it really doesn't have to be. Who are is not bitter or angry - this is just a reaction of what you went through. In this episode I discuss a few ways that have helped and continue to help bring me back to myself. Your true self is in the imagine of God and there is no bitterness or anger in God.
I believe that the tools in this episode will remind you of the better version of yourself and that you will begin to move in the reality of your goodness not the result of your pain.
