I know it's easy to be super motivated and optimistic about our goals at the start of a New Year.
But actually sticking to those goals long-term is indeed - the hard part of it all ๐Ÿ˜…
Research shows that most people abandon their resolutions by mid-February... Uh OH!!ย 

So how do we make sure our resolutions actually stick?

It comes down to:
Making a plan, taking it step-by-step, building habits over time, tracking progress, holding yourself accountable to someone else (or yourself), seeking support from friends and not beating ourselves up or throwing the towel in when we slip up.
Focus on consistency over perfection.

Keep showing up and putting in the work day after day, those small steps will add up to big results ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
