1. Keep your door open all day and night ( take the hinges off the door if you need to )

2. Put blockers on your computer so you can access them.

3. Put blockers on your phone( apps ).

4. Become extremely active. Every time you feel the urge start doing push-ups, jumping jacks, crutches. Learn how to channel that energy in a positive direction.

5. Remove books, movies, apps, games, or anything that will trigger a response that you know you don’t want or need in your life.

6. Put your Faith in a higher power.

7. Set the goal that you will stop this addiction for 21-30 days. Once you reach it, do it again, and again, and again, and again.
