Melissa Fino has a background in Social Work and has her Masters from the University of Southern California, but before that she gained a lifetime of experience in feeling the way you’re feeling right now.

She was a high school dropout who went on to receive her Masters Degree.

Melissa left her life and everything she'd ever known to move 3,000 miles away to a city she had never been to before.

She survived an abusive relationship and developed enough strength to not only work through the emotions that brought her there but also have been able to help others do the same.

Melissa is also a former smoker who now runs marathons.
