Complaining can become a habit without us even realizing it.
In this episode I talk about how constant negativity and complaining can slowly shape the way we see our lives. Small frustrations can grow into a mindset where we feel like everything is going wrong.
I also discuss the perspective shift that helped me rethink many of the things I complain about, including an example of Hong Kong “coffin homes,” where people live in extremely small spaces most of us couldn’t imagine living in.
The Bible also gives guidance on complaining, anger, and where we should focus our thoughts. This episode looks at several scriptures that challenge us to think differently and guard our mindset.
Verses referenced include:
Philippians 2:14, Proverbs 15:18, Proverbs 21:19, Proverbs 17:22, and Philippians 4:8–9.
