They bring 3 options + a recommendation.

This shifts thinking from you to them.

3️⃣ INFORM

They decide. They act. They update you in rhythm.

No panic texts at 10pm.

No holiday interruptions.

You stay in the loop without carrying the weight.

The 30-Minute Reset

  1. Write down the 10 interruptions from last week.
  2. Assign the role (not the person) who should own each.
  3. Label them: Handle, Escalate, or Inform.
  4. Set boundaries where needed (money, risk, time).
