How to Stop Overthinking as a Business Owner ✨

So many things can come from overthinking, imposter syndrome, frustration, staying stagnant… if you are overthinking you might be self-sabotaging.

For a long time, I let my perfectionist tendencies hold me back but over time, I learned to reframe my thoughts.

I started to view everything I did in my business as an experiment. This relieved the pressure to make things “perfect” the first time.

One experiment I am doing right now in my business is recording my podcast live on my Facebook Page. While this was exciting and terrifying all at the same time, I was able to overcome my fears of the worst-case scenario and reframe my thoughts to knowing that it would work out!

I've learned to take fast, inspired action to validate and learn what works for me and my business.
