Here is my experience with people pleasing and how I am changing it! I am now not people pleasing, checking in with myself and rejecting those that expect me to people please with them the best I can.

I am not the only one out there that people pleases! Too many of us have done this for a huge portion of our lives and I am so grateful that I am stepping out of this role of people pleasing.
