In this episode, we’re killing off procrastination for good. Having a never-ending to-do list is probably the worst way to spend your day.Â
Let me say it another way having a never-ending to-do list that you think about all day long that you’ll never get to makes for a bad day.Â
How many times have you put all these things on your to-do list and never got to them? That is one of the most frustrating things In the world. I would say going to bed at night thinking about what you have done is the worst that you going to bed at night thinking about what you have done is the worst thing you can do to yourself.Â
On today’s show, we’re killing that off. Before you go to sleep at night you should have a clear mind not thinking about what didn’t get done. Before you go to sleep at night your mind should be clear we wake up in the morning I should be clear ready for the day if not we’re changing that right now.
