How to surrender when you are going through unexpected health challenges
How are you feeling these days?
Really, how are you, my love?
There is so much going in the world and we are feeling so much tension that it can trigger our health and well-being.
I for sure was surprised to find on our fertility journey that my thyroid isn’t working properly.
Finding that not only I get to detox and prepare my body for future pregnancy but also discovering that my body gets to heal from Hashimoto disease was a big surprise.
My first thought was, what would people think?
Me, who is being so healthy and is holistically teaching women how to live a fulfilled life am now going through this challenge?
After a couple of days of feeling sad and let’s be honest, also mad, I asked myself a more important question:
What is this situation teaching me?
What can I learn from this?
Will this help me to be a better leader and a coach?
It can be so easy to sit in our sorrow and cry over things that we can’t change overnight.
Yet, with each challenge, we also have a CHANCE to choose again and to choose faith, trust, and expansion.
If you are going through healing or your life feels less than perfect, please know that you are not alone.
Choose to show up as you never know who is inspired by you.
I love you, I see you, I receive you.
