This past week my whole family (myself included!) has been fighting a cold.
It got me thinking about what we do as homeschool moms when we get sick and how hard it can be to actually give ourselves permission to rest and recuperate.
So I'm keeping this episode short and sweet and giving you some really practical ideas for how to take a sick day!
We'll talk about how to do things a little differently, redefine what "counts," and still feel peaceful about your homeschool when life doesn't go as planned.
We'll also talk about the mindset that either helps us rest well or keeps us stuck in guilt and perfectionism.
When mom is sick, it can actually be an opportunity to model self-care, compassion, and teamwork for our kids. Grab your earbuds to hear more in: How to Take a Mom Sick Day
