• Take strategic pauses for time away from your to-do list and a mental ‘time-in’ to process all of the information that you have encountered each week. 
• Make space for strategic pauses in your schedule. 
• Identify what you need to give up in order to get more of what you want most.

 

How to handle career chaos after COVID-19

• Living in a VUCA world has required everyone to pause and then pivot.
• Put structure around the unknown to better handle your current situation.
• Have a plan in place for both best and worst case scenarios. 
• Look at this time as an opportunity to identify what you really want and then reinvent where necessary.
