In this episode of the Simplify Leadership podcast, Sheree Comninellis, CEO of Lead with Sheree, shares her feedback philosophy and a practical approach to giving feedback effectively.
Sheree is a strategist, entrepreneur and expert in Learning and Development. With over 17 years of experience in leadership roles, she has a proven track record of developing and mentoring leaders at all levels. She has worked across a range of industries, from small businesses to large corporations, helping them build their leadership capacity.
In 2023, she founded Lead with Sheree to offer practical, easy-to-implement leadership resources and guidance to new leaders. Her mission is to simplify leadership, making it accessible and actionable, so that new leaders can overcome overwhelm and step into their roles with confidence.
