How to Trust your Future Depressed Self

If there is one thing we tend to struggle with as depressed people, it is the ability to set the table for our future selves. We get caught up in the imperfections and our pasts that we can't see how well the future will be for us.


This is why I've started to think of myself more like a business. If I know I don't want to change things up, I know it is better for the business if I do. I know the work I put in now will help my future depressed self be better, feel better, and do better.
