This summer I spent an unforgettable week on Croatia's Kolocep island at the incredible Kalmota Beach Hotel. The perfect blend of privacy and attentive staff left us with smiles and endless stories to share.


In business, we all aim for those memorable moments that leave customers raving and spreading the word. Word-of-mouth marketing is priceless, stronger than any sales copy.

So, how do you transform your customers into your marketing team?

  • Start by highlighting what sets your business apart. Is it your personalised service, friendly vibe, or the emotions your products evoke? 
  • Share these stories and make it easy for customers to interact, using specific hashtags and engaging with user-generated content. Respond to comments and messages; social media is where the magic happens.
  • Visual storytelling matters too. Make your business visually appealing, use tools like Canva, invest in eye-catching packaging and product photography. When your offerings are Insta-worthy, customers can't resist sharing on social media and singing your praises.
