Finding the negative things in life are pretty easy. Finding everything that's wrong with your life can be easily explained, but if I asked you what was good about your day today, I wouldn't get as big as a rant as all the negativity. This is amplified when it comes down to your fitness & health journey. There are tons of bad days in a health & fitness journey because in most cases people are trying to break bad habits, bad behavior reactions, and so lifestyle changes.
So when bad days come your way, which they will, how do you deal with it? Better yet, how do you gain progress even when no progress is seen or measured? This is the positive beauty of progress. The small progress is superficial, when the drastic progress is deep and internal!
