In order to live a life that is unbusy and unhurried, we must implement a lifestyle that emulates the Lord Jesus. Typically we refer to this lifestyle as one of spiritual discipline. The next few weeks we will examine several of these spiritual disciplines that will help shape us into Christians who are not bogged down by unhelpful busyness, anxiety and spiritual oblivion.
