Dion is  the Co-founder of an educational services company based in Beijing, China, and a key principal of Delta Bridge Capital, a multifamily syndication company.  He worked in both commercial and residential real estate brokerage for five years and personally closed $10 million in transactions.  

Dion was involved on a deal team that successfully syndicated the purchase of controlling interest in a $1.5 billion hotel deal in Manhattan.  He served as an acquisitions analyst on multiple business projects for a Boston-based private equity fund seeking deals valued between $10 to $50 million
