Stephen R. Covey: “Seek first to understand, then to be understood.”

There's a lack of understanding about China around the world. It's important that people who do know things about China and have experience in China, to share and speak about it.

My story: I came to study in China and built a business in China.

4 Observations about China:
- Collectivisim Vs Individualism
- Farming - Rice Vs Wheat
- Language - Written Vs Spoken
- Civilisation Vs Nation

Challenges foreigners have:
- We see things from our perspective, like a fish doesn't know its swimming in water. This is also an advantage because we can see China from an outside perspective.
