Dr. Natascha Wesch has a massive amount of academic and practical knowledge when it comes to managing stress and anxiety in highly competitive environments.
She has a PhD in Sport Psychology, a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Health and Rehab Psychology, a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, a Masters degree in Physiology and Biochemistry and a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Therapy.
She represented Canada internationally in the sport of Rugby for over a decade and has competed in two Rugby World Cups.
As a coach she led Canadas National Senior Women's team to their first ever rugby 7’s World Cup.
The goal in Dr. Natascha Wesch's consulting practice is to help athletes unlock their inner mental strength in order to reach their maximum athletic and personal potential.
