It is very important to introspect and analyze to ensure we are consistent with the good and change the wrong in our routines and thought processes.

I am actually feeling a bit proud of the final outcome of the 'Invest in Yourself,' a 300-page Journal, as writing is important, accountability and self-assessment are important with regards to realizing our potential and goals; and I have always analyzed regularly but have not been much into writing in a structured manner.

Realizing a bit late, writing is very important for organizing one's thoughts. Taking cues from the number of books I have read over the years, I look forward to the feedback of all the people once they start writing and understanding their goals and themselves over a few months.
