Girl, got two minutes for me?
Because that’s all you really need to visualize and manifest your dreams.
We get our busy monkey minds running from one thing to another and when we are attempting to visualize we just get overwhelmed and give in before we get IN.
What helped me on my journey was to create a dream jar.
Jar where I put papers with all my desires that I would like to manifest.
I fold the papers and each morning I take out one by one three desires. For each desire I then set my meditation alarm on youtube timer on two minutes and I GO IN.
Visualizing wasn’t ever this easy!
