Sit in a calm place. Bring to your mind or the screen outside to your mind, the things you want to achieve with feelings. If you are not good at visualizing just observe a piece of lemon or a raw mango piece. Close your eyes. Imagine putting it in your mouth. See whether mouth waters. Practise this for a few days.
