1. Call and text them often

2. Celebrate their birthdays, anniversary, new job, etc

3. Be with them in moments of grief - job, death, loss

4. Chip in with their projects - school, moving to a new apartment, wedding etc

5. Pray for and with them

6. Listen and encourage them

7. Pay them a visit once in a TL

8. Tell them you love them

9. Extend the courtesy to their parents, family, loved ones
