How To Wean Off Treats

One of the biggest objections I get about my training style is something along the lines of “that dog is only listening because you have food” or “you shouldn’t use treats to train a dog”. But the truth is, your dog will only look for treats in your hand in the future IF you do not wean off treats effectively.
