In this video I recount the last two years of my life and how focusing on my mental health nearly ended my life. I began receiving treatment for depression and anxiety in the middle of 2022 and that is where the story begins. Due to medical malpractice and my own ignorance my life was ruined and almost lost. It ends with where I am now and a message of hope. After this my world has changed and I am in a better place. Things don't have to be this way and it is my hope by making this video that more people can see that. Even in the darkest time know that love is all around you. You just have to look.
