His career in the field of user experience (UX) design began when UX wasn’t even a word. In college, he took up a degree in Graphic Design and started his design journey with 16 colors, creating 16x16 pixel icons for his first projects.

About three decades later, he is now one of the most sought-after leaders in this emerging industry – designing web pages of global brands, speaking in various international engagements, and influencing the new generation of web designers through his books and newsletter.

Fun fact: In 2005, Paul started the first-ever web design podcast: The Boagworld UX Show – an award-winning show about digital strategy, service design, and user experience with over 380 episodes.
