The 2024 national lawsuit against the real estate industry is resulting in the removal of a long standing benefit to our American Military Veterans. We find that appalling and discuss our immediate solution to this travesty in this episode. Professional representation has been available to all buyers for decades. It's been paid for by the listing brokerage and wrapped up in the cost of the home that a buyer was purchasing. That equates to the buyer actually paying for all of the commission in their mortgage or in cash when they bring the money to closing.
