I know life seems kind of crazy right now. I get it! That's why I really want to share what I do to keep it together during the COVID-19 pandemic and how we can become better from it with a positive mindset. Let's start with some self-love!
By setting a daily routine you gain a sense of control.Take time to think about what you're truly grateful in your life. Use positive affirmations to remind you how amazing YOU are and life is!
Take time to check-up on how you're feeling. Check your emotions and mindset.
Write down what's scaring or worrying you. This let's you look at the fear and helps you think of ways you can make it better. Fix what you can and release what you can't control.
Look for the heroes in your community/country. Who is making a difference? Leading positively? Look for those sharing the good stuff! They will help you help others!
How can YOU help others? How can YOU be the hero? Use your special gifts or talents to bring others happiness.
Leaders within our communities will be stepping up and having a positive impact on the world right now. It won't be the famous, or the typical political leaders, but everyday superheros who will rise and change the world. A huge shift is happening, be a part of the positive change. Together we can get through this. Together we will make the word better.
