Since I am a real estate agent, I have access to the MLS and that is how I found the small apartments. But the 7 unit we found through our marketing, if you are looking for something larger look at LoopNet or the other sites, just get on the brokers list and they will email you when they have something. With stuff that is on the market, you have to move fast.
