Living Connected is a podcast where we identify and understand roadblocks to connectivity with our inner world and that of our children. What is going on in the mind and how can we align ourselves with the power of our thoughts and feelings? This isn't Neurology 101, and instead is approachable and relatable to all who are open to it. When we are doing this work, we truly have the power to show up as the individual or parent we want to be. Let's get real (in all its imperfection), let's get clear, and let's get connected.
