SCOTUS made the right decision by returning abortion rights back to the states. Sadly, Justice Antonin Scalia unexpectedly passes away. There's a vacancy on the Supreme Court that former President Obama could try to fill by nominating Merrick Garland. However, the trajectory of the court changed when Trump is elected.
