In this episode of Made to Lead, Felicia is joined by by Ali Morallos, a senior at UIUC studying International Business Management with a minor in Political Science. Ali is a member of the Women’s Golf Team, Philippine Student Association, President of the Illinois Sports Business Conference, and the Women’s Golf Representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Ali talks about how the pandemic has changed her leadership experiences, particularly what being a student athlete looks like now and how she has helped transition the Illinois Sports Business Conference to a virtual platform. Ali shares how her organizations have managed to stay connected, and she shares her insight on how we can be better leaders in times of uncertainty.
