Do you ever get in your own way? Whether as a defense mechanism or because it's become routine, we can have thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that move us away, not towards our goals.

The good news- once we are aware we are using self-defeating behaviors, there are things we can do about it! Small, sustainable action items for the win!

It all boils down to getting to know ourselves better, one of our "forever goals," according to Claire.
