What if leadership isn’t about being the most confident person in the room? What if it were about being the freest?
In our very first episode, we’re pulling back the curtain on the real stories that led us here and why this podcast exists in the first place.
We didn’t start this show because we always felt like leaders. Quite the opposite.
Dawn grew up in an environment where achievement was everything. She learned to perform, perfect, and control every part of herself to stay safe and stay in charge. That worked… until it didn’t. By chance, she found a leadership training and it showed her what control was really costing her and what freedom could look like instead.
Giorgia had a different story. An introvert raised in a loud, extroverted culture, she grew up believing there was something wrong with her, that she wasn’t cut out to lead. She got good at hiding and doing the work quietly...until the pandemic put her life on a different trajectory, where she found her voice and her freedom.
This podcast is about what happens when you stop leading from who you think you need to be and start leading from who you actually are.
It’s about unlearning everything that kept you performing, pleasing, or staying small and leading from a place of authenticity, joy, and freedom.
And we’re not holding anything back.
If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s a different way to lead - a way that doesn’t cost your health, your joy, or your sense of self - this is where it begins. Let's dive in!
