The first episode of 2019 is another reflection from the book "Food and Faith" by Norman Wirzba. This book is what started the entire process of looking critically at how we experience food and contribute to the community or environment around us. I try to challenge the idea of taking food as merely utilitarian consumption but rather observe it with more sacred intention.
