How We Walked 100,000 Steps In 24 Hours

On Saturday 29th of June, we embarked on a journey spanning over 16 and a half hours and 87km to walk 100,000 steps in 24 hours for mens mental health awareness. This episode recaps our journey over the day where we battled blisters, broken bones and starvation in order to achieve the goal we set ourselves. We were joined with some special guests along the walk who made the day that much more special. This was by far the hardest thing physically, mentally and emotionally that either of us had ever done!!!
