A great leader almost always has the uncanny ability to make sure that people feel heard.  Stereotypes of leaders is that they are people who tell people what to do, but the greatest leaders in history have been able to listen very well.  This begs the question...how well do we listen.  Let's take a look at some fundamental things we can do to listen well.
