Is it just us, or is life actually flying at the speed of light these days? Today we debrief The Eras Tour (yes, it's true, Lil got tickets), traveling every other weekend, and sentimental moments amidst chaos. And while our social, extroverted selves would love to chat highlights all day long, the reality is that life can be (and for some of us, currently is) equally beautiful and difficult.

Just because the calendar is fun and full doesn't mean mental states are thriving, and we're taking the time to acknowledge some emotional hardships and discuss how we're getting through them.
