Tristan and his team took an unpopular path in physiotherapy. They focused on helping seniors stay mobile, happy and safe.
“We can either allow culture to just happen and you end up with a culture by default which just happens around you or create a culture by design.” – Tristan White
He saw the need for great places to work, including those intended for remote work. So, he documented their system and story. Culture helped them to attract the right people — people who share the same vision they have for their business.
