James Laughlin didn't have a smooth ride into a life of purpose and freedom.

He started off in a small town in the north of Ireland, with loving parents and a humble upbringing.

His teenage years presented some challenges and he lost his way in school. Fortunately, he found a passion in drumming - becoming a two time world champion by the age of fourteen. James went on to teaching drumming before he was 30 had 7 world titles. He know takes what he has learned and teaches others how to become performance leaders!

This was a very fun conversation with James who now resides in New Zealand.
