In today’s podcast, we’re exploring how to take a holiday when you can’t take a holiday, with lots of low to no cost ideas to rejuvenate your cells, wherever you are.
I’m sharing something i wrote in 2018 which feels….apt at this time we’re in, global pandemic and being at home… maybe you like me have been in a small flat with no garden for the last 18 months or elsewhere. And so if you, like me, are yearning for a different perspective, i hope there’s something here for you to lift your spirits. Many of us social distancing still, or exploring re-emergence and sidenote: if that’s something that’s on your mind and you missed the last episode (75) we’re chewing on that so feel welcome to dig in.
But for now let’s dive into the episode! I really hope you enjoy it.
Cue cheesy sound effect!
