This episode of The Live Unapologetically Podcast is an amazing one because I get to chop it up with a dear friend of mine. Briana Bowley is a trauma coach for high performing women.
When you sit back allow yourself to really feel, it can be intimidating. Understanding our habits, our patterns of thinking can render us into thinking we are weak. Briana talks about her journey from dominantly living in her masculine to now living much softer and allowing her inner kid to have fun. She supports women in healing and overcoming trauma. To self regulate so women live from intention and not reaction.
Briana talks about emotion is simply energy in motion and how to lean in and work through it instead of pushing it down. She explains how society has reared us to be only happy and anything else should be hidden and when that conditioning is allowed to lead people it can come out in disease, verbal and emotional abuse towards ourselves and our loved ones.
She’s opening up about what her life and how everyday she steps into her fear and what it has showed her about herself and how it has help her clients succeed.
