On Show Me Missourah this week, Scott made his way down to Howell County, a mid-sized community just north of the Arkansas border. He was joined by County Clerk Kelly Wagner, Commissioner Calvin Wood, Historian Lou Weimer, Commissioner Raph Riggs, Zora Mulligan,  and local farmer Dustin Collins in the county seat of West Plains to talk about the people, history, and traditions that define one of Missouri’s southernmost counties.
