I cannot believe that I took naps for granted or just sleep in general as a child! Talk about not realizing a season of blessings until it has passed by. One of the most common things that I connect with other parents/caregivers who navigate life with children on the spectrum the hurdles of sleep (or lack there of). I feel as though many of us whether we are parents or not struggle with getting quality sleep on a consistent basis. Can we just take a moment to jump for joy that we don't look like the lack of sleep that we give our bodies. In Today's episode we are going to talk about how I deal with the challenges of Cubby and his sleep habits, while sometimes walking through the day like a zombie myself. We are excited to hear your stories and how you have triumphed over the sleep battle in your own journeys.
