‘HOW’S YOUR VIBE?’ In a busy world we often get side tracked in actions that throw us off our journey momentarily, forgetting to remain tuned into the primordial presence that allows the deep anchoring within the dance of the elements particularly earthing our adventure so it is fruitful. 

So asking the question ‘how’s your vibe’ causes us to literally stop and listen to where we are at, touch base with ourselves to connect to our flow and remain on par with creating a fruitful adventure in equanimity.
