Animation director, layout artist and quietly one of the most interesting people in Burbank, Howy has worked on Who Framed Roger Rabbit, The Simpsons, Rugrats, Recess, Hey Arnold and basically everything animated you love. He also plays bass, restores classic cars, builds catios (cat patios) and is the reason Matt has a running club to go to on Saturday mornings.
