Hey friends, welcome back to Her Purpose, a podcast for women in real estate seeking alignment with God and their work. Here's a question for you: Is chaos blocking your purpose? Sometimes we pray for more opportunities, more clients, and bigger doors to open—but we may be overlooking the areas of our lives and businesses that need order first. In 1 Corinthians 14:33, the Bible reminds us that God is not a God of disorder, but of peace. And in Luke 16:10, it says that whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much. That challenges us to ask: Are we ready for the growth we're praying for? If more clients came into your business today, would your systems support that growth, or would it create chaos? Throughout the Bible, we see that God establishes order before expansion. In the beginning, He formed the earth before filling it, bringing structure before growth. We also see this pattern in Proverbs 24:3–4: "By wisdom a house is built, through understanding it is established, and through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures." First it is built, then established, and then it is filled. The same can apply to our lives and businesses. Before asking for more, we should ask God to show us what needs to be organized or strengthened first. And 1 Corinthians 14:40 reminds us: "But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way." So the encouragement today is simple: Ask God which area of your life or business needs order first—and start there. One step at a time. A key theme throughout the episode is the idea that everything should have a designated place. When items have a clear home, maintaining order becomes quicker and more manageable. Simple daily routines can then help keep spaces tidy with minimal effort.
