This week I'm back in the studio with semi permanant guest, cohort and co-host Ry Doon to talk about some of the "Anxiety" related issues that go with starting out in comedy, and staying in comedy. We tell some embarassing stories of our past and  share some of our favorite coping mechanisms that will hopefully help any anxious listeners out there. Also I'm super excited to have guest KC James on the show.
